As part of the British Grand Prix celebrations, Sky and LEGO partnered to deliver a dynamic, family-friendly activation at Battersea Power Station, blending the thrill of Formula 1 with LEGO’s creativity and Sky’s cutting-edge media experiences.
At the heart of the activation was a fully branded mobile news van, giving fans the chance to step into the shoes of an F1 pundit. Visitors could record their own pre-race interviews using a professional setup that included a teleprompter, green screen, and broadcast-quality microphones. Once complete, participants viewed their personalised videos on screen and had the option to share them with friends and family, creating a unique keepsake that captured the excitement of the day.
The experience was designed to be fun, interactive, and memorable, offering fans a rare opportunity to feel part of the Grand Prix action. Families embraced the chance to create their own Sky Sports-style moment, adding a personal twist to the celebrations and leaving with something they could treasure long after the event.
